Team Leader - Security (Saudi National Only)

Summary
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
To assist in the smooth operations of the security operations of the Security team.
Report to the Assistant Director of Rooms for the day to day operations. Ensure rostering is correctly done, CCTV room is properly manned and a proper system is in place, to check all visitors and SOPs are strictly followed and adhered.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
Good communication skills of English and Arabic is a must.
Must be a local Saudi national.
