您的日常工作

参与准备部门年度预算与财务计划：通过各种能源管理措施、预防性维修和资金计划监控预算和控制费用

培训员工：确保员工接受适当的培训，保证为他们配备完成工作所需的各种工具和设备

主管酒店改造装修和其它相关项目，对项目合同进行谈判，并确保项目在预算额度内按期完成

处理员工日常需求事务，计划并分配工作，为员工设定工作绩效目标，教导、辅导员工并给予定期反馈

确保为酒店宾客和员工提供安全的环境，保证遵守各项制度和工作流程

制定预防性维修保养计划，对设施进行维护和保养，保证设施的正常运转

及时、高效地订购各种所需物资和设备，把浪费现象降到最小程度，促进“绿色”环保

维护与宾客、管理机构及其他相关单位与个人的良好关系

理解并满足顾客的需求，确保客人感到非常满意

可能需对酒店的安全负责，确保将偷窃、犯罪和其它风险降至最低，配合酒店完成其它分配任务

 

我们对您的要求

具备有关水处理、机械、制冷机、通风、空调、弱电、音响、电视、灯光、电梯、锅炉、泵等方面的知识

能够对酒店的设施设备进行维保，包括空调、通风、冷库、电力安装、灯光系统、泵、锅炉、洗衣房、厨房、电梯及扶梯、消防、音响系统、电视系统等

了解掌握政府的要求和技术标准

能够执行酒店服务的要求

有节能方面的知识

能够对工程部的员工进行培训

应至少具有10年酒店工作经验或其他有关的工程领域的工作经验
