InterContinental Auckland, in collaboration with renowned Chef Gareth Stewart, is seeking talented individuals to join our pre-opening culinary team. A little taste of your day to day 

• Kitchen Stewards - Responsible for maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment, ensuring seamless operations for the culinary team
• Commis Chefs - Assist in the preparation and execution of culinary dishes, learning and refining skills under the guidance of our senior chefs 
• Demi Chefs - Contribute to menu development, supervise kitchen activities and ensure the highest quality of culinary output
• Chef de Parties - Lead specific sections of the kitchen, overseeing the preparation of dishes and mentoring junior chefs; ensuring culinary excellence in their designated area 

What we need from you 

• Availability to commence your new role on Wednesday 3 January 2024
• Being available throughout the entirety of January 2024 is imperative for excelling in this role
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred 
• Culinary qualification or relevant training 
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality
