The incumbent in this position is responsible for checking-in and checking-out hotel guests in a friendly and caring manner according to the Kempinski standards. Must display a professional and positive image of the hotel as they play a crucial role in the first and last impression the guest receives of the hotel.

Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest opened its doors 30 years ago in the heart of the Hungarian capital, and has been the epitome of modern luxury ever since, both in terms of the quality of the services and the features of the building. The hotel has 315 spacious rooms and 38 elegant suites. Its diverse gastronomic offer includes the casual ÉS Bisztró, ÉS Deli, The Living Room and Blue Fox The Bar, as well as the first Nobu Restaurant in Central Europe. The range of services is expanded by Kempinski The Spa, which is based on the changing European seasons and offers a special holistic mud treatment. Kempinski Hotel Corvinus boasts a rich collection of Hungarian classical and contemporary art, and the gallery in the hotel is dedicated to presenting Hungarian artists. Key Responsibilities
- Check in the arriving guest and check out the departing guests in a friendly and caring manner
- Upon check in, register guest and assign rooms. Accommodate special requests whenever possible
- Upon departure of guests, process the guest check out procedures. Inquire for last minute charges. Receive payment from guests. Settle the guest account and give copy of the invoice
- Answer all guest requests and questions in a friendly and caring manner, whether by telephone or in person, provide/receive information and takes appropriate actions or refer the matters to the relevant persons to handle
