Key Responsibilities
- All rules & regulations are strictly established and adhered within the hotel including hotel’s policy on fire and safety as well as hygiene regulations including HACCP.
- The sales are driven to full potential in specific outlets as appointed by Food & Beverage Head of Department.
- All costs are in line with sales without compromising quality, i.e. minimum 85% LQA score.
- The department or appointed outlets are driven in an entrepreneurial manner, looking for opportunities to generate more business at all times.
- Innovation and new ideas are fostered, implemented and shared with other hotels via corporate office.
- The employee is ready to assume the position of Food & Beverage Head of Department in Kempinski Hotel referred or in other Kempinski properties.
Job Requirements
- More than 2 years of working experience in the same position.
- Be proficient in the business knowledge of this department, and be proficient in the skills and management skills of Chinese food, Western food, bars, and teahouses.
- Be familiar with the entire process of food raw material procurement, storage, kitchen production, and restaurant service. Be good at arranging work in each link and be able to ensure the coordinated development of catering management.
- Have knowledge of food material processing and catering cost accounting. Master various product formulas and various food raw material discharging rate standards, and control product quality and cost consumption.
- Have social activity ability, organizational leadership ability and practical work ability; be good at mobilizing the enthusiasm of managers at all levels in the catering department.
