One&Only Desaru Coast is seeking a passionate and dedicated Manager, Sales to join our team based in Singapore or Malaysia. The position is for Singaporean or Malaysian nationality or Permanent resident.
- Working closely with Director of Sales & Marketing in leading the commercial planning and execution of cooperative sales efforts with Leisure and MICE accounts for One&Only Desaru Coast
- Active involvement and execution in the yearly commercial plan and marketing plan together with the Director of Sales & Marketing and Marketing Manager
- Maximising revenue opportunities and driving share from leisure and MICE accounts for One&Only Desaru Coast and cross sell to other One&Only properties when the opportunities arise.
- Proactively develop new Leisure and MICE accounts to meet or exceed sales targets given by the Director Sales & Marketing, including Corporrate / Leisure groups, corporate partnership and Leisure bookings.
- Ensure incremental business from existing accounts.
- Explore and ensure maximum brochure coverage for Leisure accounts for One&Only Desaru Coast
- Initiating and executing tactical promotions and campaigns to drive sales to One&Only Desaru Coast
- Managing SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) with key accounts and implementing measurement and action plans against sales targets
About You:
- Degree in Hospitality Management, or similar discipline
- Minimum 5 years working experience in 5 Star resorts/hotels with reservation exposure.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in 5 Star resorts/hotels in similar capacity.
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong Communication Skills and fluently English speaking.
- Experience and knowledgeable in Opera and presentations.
