As our new Sales Executive, your mission is to attract and onboard new property management clients. You’ll identify prospects, nurture leads, and guide potential clients through our tailored service offerings. You will be their first point of contact to introduce Lisbeyond’s services and explain to them everything, from operational, revenue management, to legal, that is property management related. You'll also play a key role in preparing attractive and professional proposals that reflect our high standards, as well as financial projections and revenue estimations.


Your Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for our Property Management services by identifying new leads and closing deals
  • Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to signed agreement
  • Prepare client proposals using Canva (training and templates provided)
  • Create clear, data-based revenue projections and estimations in Excel, using our internal market data and software such as Pricelabs and AlfredoAI
  • Collaborate with the team to align service offerings and client expectations
  • Report on sales metrics and actively contribute ideas to improve conversion
  • Represent Lisbeyond Group at networking events, meetings, and online channels


About you

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Has a minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property management
  • Is fluent in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
  • Is organized, proactive, and commercially minded
  • Is comfortable working with Excel and confident handling numbers and financial projections
  • Feels comfortable using tools like Canva to prepare sales proposals
  • Has experience with using CRM systems, preferably with Salesforce
  • Gets excited by sales targets and works creatively to exceed them
  • Is analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
  • Enjoys building long-term relationships and is a real team player


  • Languages required: English and Portuguese.

The company

LisBeyond was started by five friends: Diogo & José from Portugal, and Max, Tom & Maud from The Netherlands. LisBeyond was born in 2018 as a property management company in Lisbon. Over the years we have developed close partnerships with a select group of local property owners. So far, we have already welcomed more than 10.000 guests to our apartments, rooms, and houses in Lisbon, Costa da Caparica, Sintra, and Mafra. In 2021 we decided to broaden our horizon and offer our property management services in the beautiful Algarve and Porto region as well.

Next to that we have expanded our services to new areas. Lisbeyond also offers construction services for interior renovations, and assistance in obtaining a Golden Visa in Portugal.

In all our work our approach is simple: local, authentic, professional and fun. We work mostly with local, Portuguese partners, with whom we have a personal and friendly relationship. We put a lot of emphasis on this personal connection with our partners because we aim to create an authentic network and provide the best experience for all our clients and guests in Portugal.
