2. Giving recommendations for home care products after treatments
3. Conducting an introductory conversation according to the spa health questionnaire of the guest and taking responsibility for adjusting treatments, products, and recommendations based on the health questionnaire of the guest
4. After every treatment, recommending the best home care program products according to the needs of the guest and in accordance with the offer of the corresponding spa center
5. Maintaining cleanliness of the workplace
6. Working at the reception (payment, booking as well as treatment recommendation)
7. Preparing and serving welcome drinks, light snacks with drinks and tea
8. Actively promoting spa and wellness services and using suggestive selling techniques for additional spa treatments and products
9. Responding to all guest inquiries by providing current and accurate information
10. Excellent knowledge of the entire spa offer, content, and promotions by precise names, descriptions, and prices
11. Performing other duties as assigned by direct superiors.

About you
2. Preferably having work experience in high-category hotels
3. Knowledge of at least one foreign language (English)
4. A sense of beauty and understanding the needs of guests
5. Communicativeness and warmth
6. Organizational and communication skills
7. Focus on the quality of work and guest satisfaction
8. High level of responsibility in performing work tasks
9. Systematic and precise, with a tendency towards teamwork.
- Language required: English. German, Croatian, and Italian are a plus
