Fondato nel 2008 da Serge Triganò e dai suoi figli Jérémie e Benjamin (co-fondatori di Club Med), Mama Shelter è un luogo in cui puoi mettere in scena la tua vita quotidiana.

As they say, a good first impression lasts forever & thankfully, you are the first person our customers
meet 🤩. No need to worry, they’re in good hands with you.
You are in charge of welcoming our guests and monitoring their stay at all times of the day.
Like Mama, you provide all the elements of a personalized and warm welcome 🤩: preparation of
arrivals, check in & check out for individual customers and groups, taking last minute reservations,
switchboard, processing of customer requests ...
In order to ensure quality customer follow-up, you communicate all information back to your direct
management team (complaints, comments or customer feedback ...).
You manage and are responsible for your cash bank; you also verify all existing accounts.
You edit, process, and follow up on customer invoices.
Involved in the marketing of Mama services, you like to promote our shop (sale and merchandising of
products), restaurant and our events.
Using your best writing, you let out your inner creativity 👨🎨 by writing on the mirrors of each floor and /
or elevator with useful information and nearby activities for our guests to enjoy.
The customer experience must be perfect and you guarantee it.

A customer arrives at the reception complaining that their alarm clock did not ring this morning, while at
that exact moment the phone rings with your crush on the line calling for you in their sweetest voice,
and another customer shows up at the other side of the reception- room key in hand and barefoot. What

The company
Entre les studios d’artistes, le Père Lachaise, la « campagne à Paris » et les ruelles pavées et sinueuses, on devine les silhouettes d’Édith Piaf, Oscar Wilde, Jim Morrison et d’autres grands artistes. Mama s’est installée près de la petite ceinture, voie ferrée de l’ancien Paris, juste devant La Flèche d’Or, temple parisien de la scène européenne pop rock.
Sensuelles et élégantes, les 170 chambres, entièrement conçues par Philippe Starck, vous attendent avec leur literie 5 étoiles et leur décoration décalée.
Le restaurant propose des plats simples, faits maison, imaginés par Guy Savoy, à partager entre amis autour de grandes tables. Au gigantesque bar îlot, à la pizzeria ou sur la terrasse, vous croiserez sûrement le chemin de poètes américains ou de peintres japonais.
Les beaux jours, le rooftop invite à dîner et à siroter un verre, en laissant son regard se promener sur la ville.
