About the job
As a Accounting Payable Supervisor in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control the Accounts Payable process
- Prepare Accounts Payable aging report and schedules
- Responsible for account payable journal entries and month-end closing journals
- Record and proceed payment of goods and services incurred by the hotel, according to appropriate credit terms and available discounts
- Any ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder in Accounting/Finance with associate membership of ACCA or HKICPA or equivalent
- Minimum of four years' experience with two years in supervisory level in accounts payable in hospitality industry preferred
- Familiar with computerized accounting system
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Self-initiative, attentive to details and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Hardworking and willing to work under pressure
- Immediate available will be an advantage
