Responsibilities:

  • Handle the administration for Engineering office and contact suppliers, getting quotations, sourcing products and engineering material in the market.
  • Supervise the management and daily operation of the engineering store.
  • Control the inventory level and turnover.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of administration experience in hospitality industry or similar capacity
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Well organized, detail-minded, positive and self-motivated
