JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Spa Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering a range of spa treatments and services to our guests. You will have the opportunity to work in a luxurious setting and contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our guests.

The main focus of your job will be:

Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and other therapies in accordance with established protocols
Customize treatments based on the individual needs and preferences of each guest
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and common areas
Educate guests about spa services, products, and wellness practices
Uphold the highest level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Assist with spa reception duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and processing payments
Collaborate with other spa team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests
Stay informed about latest trends and developments in the spa industry

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Certification or license in massage and facial treatments therapy valid in EU
At least 2 years experience working in a spa environment
Very good knowledge of Czech and English at a communicative level
Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Passion for wellness and helping others achieve relaxation and rejuvenation
