About the job
As a The Mandarin Club Officer in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for
- Deliver a delighted The Mandarin Club experience to our guests
- Provide check-in and check-out services for guests in a professional manner
- Assist in F&B operation of the Club Lounge
- Maximize the Guest Loyalty and Guest Satisfaction in daily operation
- Ensures Legendary Quality Experience (LQE) standards are fully implemented, maintained and executed to meet and exceed guests’ expectations
- Ensures the beverage and self-service stations are properly set with sufficient stocks
- Maintain accuracy of guest database input for the use of the hotel group
Requirements:
- University graduate with Hotel Management degree
- Related working experience in hotel / Club Lounge
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and other foreign language literacy is a plus
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work as a team
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Dynamic and energetic
