We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Floor Supervisor – Berners Tavern to join the team at The London EDITION hotel.
As a Floor Supervisor – Berners Tavern you will:
- Thrive off a busy service
- Overseeing of a section in the restaurant: taking orders, making recommendations and processing payments
- Lead the Head Waiter/ress, Chef de Rang and Commis Waiters
- Have an in-depth knowledge of food, drink, and allergens
- Anticipate and address guests’ service needs,
- Communicate clearly with management and the kitchen
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
- Support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
- Implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety
- Take responsibility for ensuring a seamless guest experience
