Job Description

For our Grand Café Krasnapolsky, we are looking for a passionate experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to have an overview over the day to day operations together with our Restaurant Manager.

Our Grand Café Krasnapolsky is an all-day dining concept; we welcome hotel guests and walk in guests. Come by for a cup of coffee or tea, enjoy our Afternoon tea or have lunch/dinner in this beautiful old café.

Within this role your main responsibilities are;

Ensure consistency in LQA Standards at all times;
Build relationship with regular guests;
Ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction;
Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement;
Supervise and train your team to maintain high service standards and uphold our brand image;
Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimize profitability;
Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring positive resolutions;
Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury segment;
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor your team to deliver outstanding service;
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with guests, colleagues, and suppliers;
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required;
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
