Job Description

We are looking for a Housekeeping & Quality Supervisor to improve and maintain the quality of our hotel. Your role will be to supervise the Room Attendants. Within this role the responsibilities are:

Coordinating the cleaning operations;
Maintaining Anantara’s quality standards;
Ensure housekeeping practices align with hotel policies, industry regulations, and hygiene standards;
Conducting quality inspections to uphold the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Used to coordinate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience and resolve cross-functional issues;
Hard working and you see a challenge in every situation;
Experience within Housekeeping in a 5-star hotel is a plus;
Stress resistant and organized;
Flexible mindset and availability;
Experience in working with different cultures and how to communicate with them;
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
