We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team at O'Donoghue Public House. O’Donoghue Public House on College Street is lovingly reminiscent of an old Irish public house, open seven days a week, with food served from 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm and live music every night.

Underneath it all, O’Donoghue Public House is a place to enjoy a creamy pint after an exhilarating day, and we haven’t forgotten about the craft of draught. Guinness is what we’re good at, and we hear it’s good for you too. Please do get in touch if you would like to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Serving food and drink orders to customers while offering the highest level of guest service.
Achieving our high standards at all times.
Ensure that all hygiene regulations are adhered to.
Work as part of the team and communicate with other colleagues, the kitchen team, bar staff, etc.
Promote sales within the department and across the Group.
