Résumé du poste

Le Plongeur exécute des tâches simples préalables à la préparation des mets (épluchage des légumes, écaillage et nettoyage des poissons...). Il procède également au nettoyage, à l'entretien et au rangement de la vaisselle, du matériel et des ustensiles de cuisine, des équipements et des locaux.

 

Il aura pour missions principales de :

Satisfaction clients et qualité

• Respecter les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité,
• Exécuter des tâches simples préalables à la préparation des repas telles que le rangement des denrées, nettoyage et épluchage des légumes, dressage des banquets.
• Communiquer à son responsable toute anomalie,
• Exécuter des tâches de nettoyage, faire la plonge/vaisselle, laver la porcelaine, la verrerie, l’argenterie,
• Ranger le matériel propre en lieux sûrs et avec méthode,
• Nettoyer les lieux de travail (y compris les sols de la cuisine, du room service et de l’office restaurant),
• Collecter et gérer les déchets.
• Gérer et maintenir propres les locaux destinés aux déchets,
• Maintenir l’état et la désinfection des containers de déchets
• Assurer une parfaite collaboration avec les autres services.
