About the job
Descritivo de Funções:
Substituir pequenos presentes e comodidades dos hóspedes nos quartos;
Fazer as camas e dobrar os lençóis, de acordo com os padrões estabelecidos pela marca;
Remover o lixo, roupa de cama suja, bem como os itens do Serviço de Quartos;
Endireitar e arrumar os elementos do quarto, móveis e equipamentos (sempre que necessário);
Limpar o pó, polir e remover marcas de paredes e móveis/equipamentos;
Aspirar tapetes/carpetes e tratar do pavimento/chão.
Limpar vidros, espelhos e pavimentos;
Cumprimentar os hóspedes e atender aos seus pedidos.

Documentação válida para trabalhar em Portugal;
Transporte próprio;
Flexibilidade de horários;
Simpatia e orientação para o serviço/cliente;
Espírito de equipa;
Atenção ao detalhe;
Boa apresentação.
Formação/Experiência Profissional:
Experiência prévia em funções similares, bem como experiência em hotéis de 5 estrelas e/ou hotéis Marriott International;
Experiência prévia com máquinas de lavar pavimento/chão (preferencialmente).
Conhecimentos Linguísticos:
Conhecimento de idiomas Português (obrigatório) e Inglês (preferencialmente).
