About the job

Operational Leadership:

Provide overall leadership and direction for the restaurant, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Implement and enforce operational standards, policies, and procedures.
Customer Service Excellence:

Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
Team Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
Financial Management:

Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
Monitor and control costs, including food and labour expenses.
Sales and Marketing:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities to drive sales.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement strategies to achieve targets.
Quality Control:

Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and overall cleanliness.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Vendor and Supplier Relations:

Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods.
Negotiate contracts and terms to optimize value for the restaurant.
Community Engagement:

Act as a representative of the restaurant in the local community.
Participate in community events and initiatives to enhance the restaurant's visibility and reputation.
Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve long-term business objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.

About you

About you

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven experience in a senior management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Understanding of financial principles and budget management.
Familiarity with restaurant technology and management systems.
  • Language required: English. French, Portuguese, and Spanish are a plus
