We are currently looking for a Assistant Outlet Manager to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Assistant Outlet Manager works closely with the General Manager Brasserie in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the restaurant.

Rosewood Munich opened in 2023 as the brand’s first property in Germany and seventh property in Europe. Housed in two landmark, historical buildings comprised of the former headquarters of the State Bank of Bavaria and the adjacent Palais Neuhaus-Preysing, a former grand aristocratic residence, Rosewood Munich will be ideally situated on Kardinal-Faulhaber-Strasse in the heart of the historic city center. The hotel will be located within walking distance of several of the city’s most popular sites and destinations, including central Marienplatz square, the Residenz city palace, Bavarian State Opera, and the Maximilian- and Theatinerstraße shopping districts, as well as world renowned museums. Rosewood Munich will offer 132 spacious guestrooms and suites designed to complement the property’s original façade and iconic stairways, which remain well preserved and contribute to the city of Munich’s ensemble of historical buildings. The property will boast an inviting lobby lounge and two distinct dining venues, which include a full service restaurant and a vibrant bar. Rosewood Munich will also feature a full service spa, which will house five treatments rooms, as well as an indoor pool and fitness area. Additionally, the hotel will include extensive meetings and events spaces to accommodate a variety of private gatherings, conferences, and special events for up to 400 guests.
We are currently looking for a Assistant Outlet Manager to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Assistant Outlet Manager works closely with the General Manager Brasserie in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Outlet Manager, Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisines to ensure a unique culinary experience for all guests.
- Monitors service and food and beverage standards in the outlet.
- Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.
- Assists in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
- Assists to ensure that the outlet is operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise.
- Assists the Outlet Manager to achieve the monthly and annual personal target and the outlet’s revenue.
