We are currently looking for a Bellman to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Bellman welcomes all guests to the hotel and take their luggage upon arrival.

About Us
Rosewood Munich opened in fall 2023 as the brand’s first property in Germany and seventh property in Europe. Housed in two landmark, historical buildings comprised of the former headquarters of the State Bank of Bavaria and the adjacent Palais Neuhaus-Preysing, a former grand aristocratic residence, Rosewood Munich will be ideally situated on Kardinal-Faulhaber-Strasse in the heart of the historic city center. The hotel will be located within walking distance of several of the city’s most popular sites and destinations, including central Marienplatz square, the Residenz city palace, Bavarian State Opera, and the Maximilian- and Theatinerstraße shopping districts, as well as world renowned museums. Rosewood Munich will offer 132 spacious guestrooms and suites designed to complement the property’s original façade and iconic stairways, which remain well preserved and contribute to the city of Munich’s ensemble of historical buildings. The property will boast an inviting lobby lounge and two distinct dining venues, which include a full service restaurant and a vibrant bar. Rosewood Munich will also feature a full service spa, which will house five treatments rooms, as well as an indoor pool and fitness area. Additionally, the hotel will include extensive meetings and events spaces to accommodate a variety of private gatherings, conferences, and special events for up to 400 guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the highest standards of hospitality are demonstrated at all times and that all guest requests are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Present at the concierge/front desk or in the lobby to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested.
- Ensuring that guests' luggage and equipment are collected and delivered efficiently and on time.
- Label the luggage and return the identification slips to the guests.
- Make sure the guest has confirmed that all baggage has been checked in.
- Secure storage and collection of guests' coats and personal belongings.
- Assisting guests with long-term luggage storage/storage requests.
- Responding to guest requests and inquiries through a knowledgeable, efficient and helpful information service.
- Assisting the duty concierge in completing his duties during peak times and during breaks.
