Rosewood Schloss Fuschl To Open in April 2024. The legendary Hotel Schloss Fuschl will mark our second property in Austria when it reopens as Rosewood Schloss Fuschl in April 2024. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Director of Front of House to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.
Job Summary :
- Be responsible for the smooth running of the Departments, Front Office including the Bell Desk Team, Front Office Night, Butler and Housekeeping Team.
- Maintain Rosewood's high standards of service and hospitality by monitoring and reviewing team performance.
- Extensive knowledge of the entire Rooms department and quality review and assurance to ensure all Brand, Forbes and LQA standards are met.
- Very good knowledge of systems such as Opera, Alice, GoAudits, Canary, Knowcross, Knowhousekeeping, TAC and TrustYou
- Evaluation, optimization and adjustment of processes as well as co-design of the rooms budget and forecasts.
- Supporting the growth of team members with mentoring, empowerment and training as well as creating individual development plans
Required Skills:
- You have completed your education and already have relevant professional experience in a similar position
- You have very good hosting and communication skills in German & English and enjoy using them
- You are a detailed personality
- Excellent manners and multitasking skills are a matter of course for you
- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently and get things done are essential
- Team leadership skills to create a positive and respectful working environment are essential for us
