Summary
This position needs to be responsible for welcoming guests and working across the area of Housekeeping during your placement to deliver an excellent guest experience while managing guest queries. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- To keep assigned lockers and corridors clean and tidy at all times and in accordance to safety rules and regulations.
- To ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly and securely stored away when not on duty. - To clean and sanitize isolation rooms in accordance with company policy.
- To report work orders to the Housekeeping Office when deficiencies are noted or when maintenance is required and to follow up on the work orders in a timely manner.
- To complete work assignment every time and report to the Executive Housekeeper in a timely manner.
- To adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures, Manuals and Directives.
Other responsibilities, as assigned, but not limited to the above.
Requirement
- Able to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holiday.
- Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills.
- English skill.
