About Us
Rosewood Vienna opened in July 2022 as the brand’s fifth property in Europe. Housed in an historic 19th century building which was the former headquarters for Erste Group Bank AG, Rosewood Vienna is ideally situated on Petersplatz, one of the most famous squares in Vienna’s Old Town. Located just steps away from the city’s most luxurious shopping and dining and its most famous historical sites, Rosewood Vienna serves as an unsurpassed gateway to one of Europe’s most charming destinations. Rosewood Vienna combines the best of European architecture and design with a refined yet modern style. The hotel offers 99 spacious guestrooms and suites, all of which will feature separate spaces for entertainment and relaxation. The contemporary accommodations merges the past and present through a thoughtful combination of elegant textural and artistic elements and the latest technological features. The project’s design was overseen by A2K Architects and BEHF Corporate Architects in Austria and the London-based Alexander Waterworth Interiors firm. The property features a variety of dining and entertainment options, including a rooftop bar with exceptional views of the city and an intimate restaurant in a garden setting serving European cuisine and carefully crafted beverages appealing to guests and locals alike. Rosewood Vienna also features Sense, A Rosewood Spa, which serves as a private sanctuary for relaxation away from the busy sights and sounds of the city. Additionally, the hotel includes meetings and events spaces to allow for a variety of private gatherings and conferences.

We entrust you with:
- You are responsible for ensuring, monitoring and controlling all security aspects in cooperation with the other colleagues at night
- You ensure communication and follow-up of the day shift in case of problems, guest requests or special requirements
- You are responsible for checking and processing the daily closing of all outlets
What we are looking for:
- You have completed vocational training and have several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- You are a night owl and turn night into day
- You are a passionate host with a high sense of quality and responsibility
- You have excellent German and English language skills and enjoy using them
- Excellent manners and multitasking skills are a matter of course for you
- Basic Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of property management systems would be ideal
- You can handle the MS Office programs, as well as Opera
