OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:



In this role, you will partner with the Director, Sales Systems, Global to oversee our sales systems architecture. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of sales systems content for the learning environment using Rosewood Learning portal. You will also be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating comprehensive reports, and presenting findings in a clear and compelling manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

                                

ü  Design, implement, and maintain the sales systems infrastructure for optimal performance

ü  Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of our sales systems

ü  Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to drive operational efficiency

ü  Develop and maintain sales systems content for the Rosewood Learning portal

ü  Deliver sales systems training and develop corresponding job aids

ü  Develop and maintain reporting structures to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)

ü  Utilize data analytics tools to extract actionable insights for informed decision-making

ü  Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely and accurate reports

ü  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and implement technology solutions accordingly

QUALIFICATIONS:



Technical Skills :

·         Salesforce and Delphi experience preferred and prioritized.

·         Opera, Revintel, and other systems experience a plus.

·         Demonstrate a strong affinity for technology and an educated eye when it comes to any visual presentation/content display to ensure flawless/neat execution.

·         Strong general computer skills (including Windows, Microsoft suite of tools, internet) necessary to complete correspondence with internal and external customers, and inter-office communications.

·         Familiarity with developing content in Learning Management Systems is a strong plus.

Experience : Diploma/college/bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Education : 2+ years of progressive work-related experience in the hotel industry is required. Experience with multi-brand entities preferred.

References : Strong personal and business references upon request.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to exert physical effort in transporting 15 pounds, endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, reach up and down, remain stationary at times throughout work periods, and satisfactorily communicate with guests and co-workers to their understanding.

This position is open to candidates based in or willing to relocate to FL, TX, and CA. 

The salary range for this position is $82,000-92,000 annually. This is the pay range for this position that the company reasonably expects to pay. This position also may be eligible for bonuses. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience, type of experience, location, and education.
