Event Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to Event Sales Team
· Assist in preparing event proposal / orders.
· Communicate and work with the departments involved in execution of functions in a timely manner
· Prepare and distribute reports
· Assist in ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
· Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related discipline
· Courteous, service-oriented with pleasant personality
· Strong communications and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated, organized and able to work under pressure
· Proficiency in Microsoft office and Chinese Word Processing
· Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
· Experience in sales administrative duties at a luxury hotel is an advantage
· Fresh graduate is also welcomed
