About the job
As an Assistant Maître D', you will be an integral part of our dining team. You'll assist in delivering an exquisite culinary experience to our guests by overseeing the restaurant operations, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You’ll supervise and mentor dining room staff, ensuring impeccable service, and assist in creating and executing special dining events and promotions.

About you
Join us if you have a minimum of five years hospitality management position role (shipboard experience preferred), strong planning, coaching, organizing, staffing, controlling, and evaluating skills, ability to speak English and any additional languages will be a plus, such as Spanish, French, German, Italian or Portuguese.
