The Assistant Cabana Manager possesses a dynamic outgoing demeanor with a passion for delivering industry leading service while demonstrating exemplary skills. The role is responsible for assisting the Island Shore Excursions Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all the cabanas and other premium seating products and services. This is a position that requires skills in customer service, safety, public health, guest engagement, cleanliness, revenue generation, expense control, training, and the upkeep and maintenance of the premium seating facilities. The role manages the performance of the Cabana team and ensures the delivery of a flawless experience, maximum safety, and operational excellence. The Assistant Cabana Manager position must ensure compliance with all laws, health and safety procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and standards. Knowledge of equipment maintenance and the ability to react appropriately to adverse weather is required as well. As a leader in the organization, this position leads and inspires all team members to work to their highest capabilities and ensures they continuously develop talent in the department.
