Chef de Partie - Pastry
About the job
Working closely with the Executive Chef and the Sous Chef Pastry, you will also supervise and train the 1st Cook Pastry, Pastry Cook, and Assistant Pastry Cook. You will be responsible for creating desserts indicated in the menu plan; ensure that food is properly stored and all work areas are cleaned according to USPH standards; and ensure all equipment and machinery are properly functioning. If you have experience in a similar role, preferably in an upscale restaurant, hotel, cruise ship, or high-volume food service facility, then we’d like you to join us!
