The Lead Carpenter is responsible to cut, fabricate, install, and paint wooden and other structures according to specificationsand oversee the work completed by the Carpenter. The Leadhasa good knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials, having great hand dexterity, an eye for detail, and methodical in approach. The Lead Carpenter contributes to the constructionand maintenance of strong and long-lasting buildings and products. Clear communication both verbal and written is of the utmost importance along with compliance to all company policies and a safety first culture.
