Front Office/Guest relation internship

About the job

Duration: 3 - 6 months (between March - October)

Front office responsibilities:
• Welcome and greet guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service
• Undertake check-in, check-out & payment transactions
• Answer telephone calls, handle complaints, arrivals, departures and rest functions
• Provide information to guests in regards the facilities, events and services

Guest relation responsibilities:
• Welcome and greet all arriving & in-house guests with a pleasing smile
• Assist guests with all check-in procedures, issuing room keys and answering any questions
• Review arrival lists and records (arrivals, departures, VIP Guests)
• Answer the inquiries of clients on a timely basis
• Promote the services provided by our hotel
• Address grievances issues and inform Guest Relations Manager as and when required

About you

• Very good command of English
• Good command of a second language (French or Russian or German would be an asset)
• Kind, respectful & pleasant personality
• Eager to learn & develop
  • Language required: English. German, French, and Russian are a plus
