Summary    

We offer a learning development program where you can transform your classroom knowledge and develop your skills throughout all areas of the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:   

• Process employee records in our internal databases.
• Create new accounts and manage access permissions
• Human resources System audits
• Providing assistance with HR strategy procedures.
• Assisting in reporting to executives and C-levels.
• Taking ownership of assigned projects.
• Conducting internal analysis and reporting for the department.

As an HRIS Rockstar, you will learn about:   

1. HR metrics: staff, turnover, diversity, inclusion
2. Analysis: HRIS, BambooHr, audits, reports

  

It only takes to be:   

• Currently enrolled in the university
• Able to provide a university agreement for the internship period
• Excellent knowledge of Excel 
• Attention to detail, reporting, and analytical skills
• Digital Savy
• English and Spanish verbal and written proficiency.
• Ready to learn and have fun but more importantly to immerse into a brand-new definition of Hospitality.
