The Beach Bar Manager oversees the daily operations of the beach bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient service delivery. This role requires strong leadership, customer service skills, and a passion for creating a vibrant beachside atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the beach bar's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and stock control.
Ensure exceptional guest service standards are upheld at all times.
Interact with guests to obtain feedback, address concerns, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Create and update a diverse menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring a well-balanced and profitable offering.
Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager and Executive Chef to develop the beach bar menu.
Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Ensure the beach bar facilities, furniture, and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition.
Enforce hygiene and safety standards in the beverage preparation and service areas.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff on service standards, product knowledge, and upselling techniques.

About you
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role, preferably in a beachfront or resort setting.
Extensive knowledge of beverage products, mixology, and beach bar operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in computerized systems for inventory management and POS systems.
