We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our team!

Duties

• Directly responsible for supervising the Front Office daily operation.
• Provide guest services in accordance with the objectives, performance, and quality standards established by Shangri-La Group.
• Assist the Front Office Manager in coordinating, supervising, and training Front Office staff.
• Implement policies, standards, and guidance established by the hotel.

Requirements

• A trustworthy and supportive leader.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in international luxury hotels.
• Fluency in both oral and written English and Mandarin.
• Customer-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
