We are currently looking for a Service Leader - Chef de Partie to join ourKitchenteam.

As a Service Leader - Chef de Partie, we rely on you to

• Maintain the food preparation process in alignment with Shangri-La's service and hygiene standards.
• Ensure all Health and Safety standards and policies are followed correctly.
• Assist to manage the overall kitchen operation.
• Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years working experience hotel operations
• Committed to serving food of the highest quality
• Adaptable
• Good personal hygiene
• Willing to work shifts
