Job Summary:
Assistant Chief Concierge :
The Assistant Chief Concierge provides guest services as well as supervision, direction, and leadership in the Concierge in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and the hotel under the guidance of the Chief Concierge. Must have a strong and extensive knowledge of the local area and of the resources available to our guests.
Requirements:
Skills:
Opera, Alice Concierge experience, PC literacy of Excel Word and PowerPoint
Experience:
Minimum 3-year experience as Concierge in International Luxury hotels.

Goal Oriented
Others:
Business level of language proficiency in English and Japanese
Member of Japan Concierge Association is plus.
Minimum 1 year experience as Assistant Chief Concierge at Luxury International hotel in Tokyo is plus.
