DUTIES
The Service Leader - Kitchen maintains and performservice according to the standard set by the Hotel or Resort.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience asCommis1 or in the same capacityin an International Hotel/ Resort or a well-known restaurant is an advantage.
- A graduate or has a certificate inculinary arts
- Knowledgeable in good practice of Hygiene and Sanitation.
- Flexible and adaptable to different working locations.
- Displays initiative and creativity.
- Guest-oriented, team player and has eye for details.
