Skills and Experience

Oral and written proficiency in English and Japanese
3 years’ experience in beauty field (body and facial)
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity
Internationally recognized qualifications (CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC or local equivalent), advantage
College graduate or its equivalent
Computer Literate

3年間の美容業界での経験（ボディーとフェイシャル）
最低1年間の同等業務の経験
国際的認知のある資格 (CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC or local equivalent)あれば尚良し

BENEFITS

Overtime allowance :Overtime allowance shall be based on actual overtime hours
Bonus :Determination of the payment of bonus shall be based on the business performance of SLTY, the Shangri-La Group and individual performance of the Employee.

Transportation fare :Actual public transportation fare required to report at the office and to return back home shall be paid (Maximum JPY 50,000.-).
Merit Salary Increment :Salary shall be reviewed once a year based on the achievement of each Employee according the Company’s discretion.
