We currently have vacancies for a Director of Revenue Optimization to join our Revenue team.

Duties:

  • Lead the commercial strategy of the hotel.
  • Be the trusted business partner to the sales and marketing team.
  • Foster a driven and motivated culture to optimize hotel performance and market share.
  • Drive the optimization and profitability of all revenue streams.
  • Make proactive, forward-thinking, data-driven decisions on commercial strategies.


Requirements:

  • Is self-driven, goal-oriented and able to challenge the status quo
  • Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
  • Always has the big picture in mind
  • Enjoys presenting to the senior leadership team
  • Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
  • Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
  • Preferably possesses working experience in a 5* international hotel
  • Possesses strong organizational and analytical skills, with strong commercial acumen
  • Is detail-oriented with the ability to translate results into understandable and actionable information
  • Has ability to drive changes
