Director of Revenue Optimization (Cluster)

We are looking for a Director of Revenue Optimization (Cluster).

As a a Director of Revenue Optimization (Cluster), we rely on you to:

• Oversees revenue optimization for Shangri-La Mactan, Cebu and Shangri-La Boracay properties in the Philippines
• Lead the commercial strategy of the hotel
• Be the trusted business partner to the sales and marketing team
• Foster a driven and motivated culture to optimise hotel performance and market share
• Drive the optimisation and profitability of all revenue streams
• Make proactive, forward-thinking, data-driven decisions on commercial strategies

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for numbers and figures
• Is self-driven, goal-oriented and able to challenge the status quo
• Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
• Always has the big picture in mind
• Enjoys presenting to the senior leadership team
• Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
• Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• May hold office in Manila, Philippines and scheduled visits/travel to the assigned properties
• Preferably possesses working experience in a 5* international hotel
• Possesses strong organizational and analytical skills, with strong commercial acumen
• Is detail-oriented with the ability to translate results into understandable and actionable information
• Has ability to drive changes
