招聘岗位：市场销售总监

岗位职责：

- 制定及执行酒店市场销售计划，按照部门细分目标
- 分析市场动向、特点和发展趋势，设立市场目标
- 为了确保酒店的市场销售保持竞争的优势，持续的监控和评估地方、国内和国际的市场趋势，以及酒店竞争对手的销售状况
- 审核每月报表和销售预测报告，分析当前和潜在营销趋势，协调各种活动增加营收与市 场份额，并监督进展，确保业绩达到或优于既定营收计划
- 管理所有的销售战略、战术和行动的执行，建立一个能够完成销售指标的强大而训练有素的销售团队
- 对酒店市场销售部员工进行教育、培训和激励，促使达成酒店营收目标。确保员工获得 完成工作职责所需的信息、市场数据以及各种工具与设备
- 同关键客户和外部相关人员建立联系并保持联络，借此增加业务量，包括客房销售、餐饮销售 和宴会服务等
- 主管各种营销活动，维护酒店品牌形象
- 以相互支持与灵活的方式与其他行政委员会成员保持紧密合作关系，关注酒店的成功运营和客人满意度
- 确保所有销售部员工以互相支持和灵活的方式与其他部门合作，发扬团队合作精神

岗位要求：

- 3年以上国际品牌酒店同岗位工作经验；
- 必须具备良好的行政能力，人迹交往能力和问题解决能力；
- 良好的英文口头表达和书写能力；
- 具备团队精神，善于沟通。

We are looking for Director of Sales & Marketing

As Director of Sales & Marketing, we rely on you to

- To prepare and execute annual sales plan, beak down as necessary by division and/or department.
- Analyze and study market trends and set targets accordingly.
-To constantly monitor and evaluate local, national and international market trends, and the competitor hotels’ sales initiatives, in order to make sure the hotel’s marketing and sales remain competitive and cutting edge.
- Examine monthly reports and sales forecast reports to analyze current and potential marketing trends. Meanwhile coordinate various activities to increase revenue and market share, and monitor progress to ensure performance meets or exceeds established revenue plans.
- To manage all sales strategy, tactics, and action implementations in order to create a strong and disciplined sales team who achieve their sales goals.
- Train and motivate employees of sales and marketing department to achieve hotel revenue targets. Ensure everyone have access to the necessary information, market data, various tools and equipment to fulfill their job responsibilities.
- Establish and maintain contact with key customers and external stakeholders to increase business volume, including room sales, catering sales, and banquet services.
- Supervise various marketing activities and maintain hotel image
- To work closely with other Executive Committee members in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests
- To make sure Sales associates work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments

We are looking for someone who:

- At least 3 years similar working experience in international hotel brand;
- Excellent administration skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills;
- Proficiency in English, in both oral and written;
- Strong team spirit and communication skills
