We are looking for aDirector, Sales - Leisure & Luxury (Singapore) to join our team!

As aDirector, Sales - Leisure & Luxury (Singapore), we rely on you to:

  • Oversee the day to day sales efforts of the Leisure sales team with specific responsibilities for the development and implementation of successful solicitation strategies for all ravel trade accounts, including offline wholesalers and travel agency networks, cruise companies and approved tour operator
  • Manages the Singapore hotels annual contracting process for travel trade accounts, including working with Revenue Optimization teams on pricing strategies to appropriately position the hotels.
  • Implements all sales action plans related to respective market(s) and account portfolio in order to solicit and drive transient and leisure group leads to achieve the set segment sales goals and targets for the Singapore hotels.
  • Proactively partners with BD and BC team colleagues to source new business from within each assigned market and market segment, generating viable enquiries and converting business always with a view to maximize revenue for the hotels.
  • Assist with and attends in-house marketing activities, familiarization trips, client hospitality evenings, presentations, site inspections and other promotional activities.
  • Carries out sales trips and attends trade shows as required both domestically and internationally.
