As Food & Beverage Administration Executive we rely on you:
- Provide for all secretarial services within the Food and Beverage Division office in accordance with standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Coordinate daily office related activities, provide accurate document processing, ensure efficient internal and external office communications and complete administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Food and Beverage.
- Responsible to assist with guest communication, and sales activities especially during Festive Seasons and Special Events.
- Coordination of inter-office and intradepartmental communications including telephone calls, receiving, and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets, presentations, and filing.
- Completion of menus, letters, reports, forms and other documents for the food and beverage office.
- Ensure prompt completion and delivery of documents and correspondence.
- Maintains office-filing system to include alphabetical, chronological, trace and daily files.
- Provides for English-Malay-English written and verbal translation as required. Provides for proofing of same.
- Responsible to maintain overall office organization, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Handles guest replies and assists the outlet managers and the Director of Food & Beverage with the administrational part of sales activities.
- Performs other duties as may be required by management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Tourism/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management/ Secretarial and Office Management
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Knowledge in Food & Beverage Operations.
- With a minimum of two (2) years’ working experience in the same role.
- Excellent grooming standards
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to details.
- Outgoing and people oriented, cooperative, adaptable.
- Proficient with many computer programs such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
