We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Guest Relations Officer, we rely on you to:
- Understand guest preference and provide quality service
- Greet all VIPguests and bit farewell, and provide a smooth and seamless check in and check out experience
- Handle guests’ enquiries
- Actively obtain feedback from guests
- Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel’s policies and procedures
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum of 1 yearexperience at the Front Office/ Guest Relations in an international class hotel
- Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Department: Customer Service
