We are now looking for an Intern to join our CRM & Rewards Marketing team based in our Hong Kong Headquarter office.

As our Intern, CRM & Rewards Marketing we will rely on you to:

  • Assist in brand assets and training materials refreshment
  • Assist in the development, testing and execution of member’s journey and templates on multiple channels
  • Assist in CRM marketing platform administration, campaign execution and post-campaign performance tracking
  • Assist in collaterals development and coordinate with regional/local hotel teams
  • Troubleshoot user errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology
  • Support administrative work for the team whenever necessary


We are looking for someone who has:

  • Undergraduate/ Postgraduate students currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Hotel Management, or other related disciplines
  • Passionate team player who is keen to look for solid work experience in CRM and/or Marketing, or loyalty programme in general.
  • Attention to detail with demonstrated ability to convey a sense of urgency, integrity, consumer focus etc.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in HTML will be highly regarded
  • Candidates will ideally be able to work full-time for 3 - 6 months during this internship. Candidates who can work a minimum of 4 full weekdays every week will also be considered.
