In view of our business development, weare looking for an Assistant Manager, Family Experience who will be building the new business and gain hands-on experience in designing the business model, conceptualizing new products and services, and implementing our growth strategy. Focusing on a high priority initiative of the organization, your work will spread far and wide within the organization and have a tangible outcome.

As our Assistant Manager, Family Experience, we rely you on to:

  • Work with the Head of Family Experience to create new family products – ranging from hotel room design to play space design, to family guest experience curation
  • Develop quantitative analysis and financial models for business plans
  • Perform market research, market sizing exercise, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies on asset enhancement projects and new initiatives
  • Address business problems and identify new growth initiatives and opportunities
  • Prepare presentations to be presented to senior leadership
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of strategic initiatives, and provide ongoing strategic planning support to the business
  • Provide insights and analyze trends for their impact on the strategy


We are looking for someone who has/ is:

  • 3-6 years of experience from leading companies;prior experience in entertainment & attraction business, marketing and event agencies, design agencies is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic record
  • Experience in analytics, market sizing, financial modelling, business development, or other relevant analytical and strategy consulting experience
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen
  • Passion in family-friendly entertainment offerings, kids’ experiences, hospitality, and/or education
  • Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, fluency in both English and Mandarin required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Independent and proactive, but also collaborative
  • Entrepreneurial, results-driven with a can-do attitude
