As aOperations Manager, Family Experiencewe rely on you to:

• Be responsible for the daily operation of buds by Shangri-La, Splash, and other family experience activities necessary, in accordance with the policies standards and guidelines
• Supervise, manage and motivate the Family Experience Team
• Attends to guest needs when it arises and takes the lead in resolving guests issues together with the Team Lead.
• Co-ordinates and executes the marketing, promotions and partnership events to deliver the Family Experience to guests.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in such a manner to ensure the health, safety and security of each child.
• Motivate and coach team to handle their work, colleagues and guests in a professional, tactful and polite manner
• Liaises with the other departments to resolve issues or implement any planned events
• Embraces and upholds key practices and initiatives orprogrammesrelating to life and fire safety.
• To implement, understand and follow all SFSMS/HACCP policies and procedures
• Your duties may include recruitment, performance review, roster planning, training and manage any disciplinary issue (if any).
