Duties:-

• Responsible forwelcoming guest and assisting them with their luggage. Explaining to guest the facilities within their room, the hotel and arranging transportation.
• To ensure guest satisfaction, anticipate and respond to requests promptly.
• To ensure that all internal and external customers are treated with highest priority and respect.
• To assist Assistant Guest Services Manager, Doorman and Airport Representative when required.
• Responsible for the delivery service throughtout in a friendly and courteous manner.

Requirements:-

• SPM Graduate
• Pleasant and cheerful
• Ability totake inintiative.
• At least 1 yearworking experience in hotel.
• Flexible and able to work as per hotel operational needs and requirements.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
