We are looking for a Service Centre Officer based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Service Centre Officer, we rely on you to:

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls promptly
  • Provide & record all guest message and wake-up calls
  • Fulfill guest needs as requested according to the established standard
  • Perform any other duties as requested by management
  • Environmental Policy & Departmental Environmental Best Practices
  • Handle food and beverage reservations accurately


We are looking for someone who has:

  • Demostrate teamwork
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Able to work under pressure
  • With hotel experience would be an advantage
